First FaithSearch Trainers Trained in India

(2/11/2004) -- As part of our "Extending the Vision" strategy, a partnership has been established and continued with Campus Crusade for Christ in India, coordinated by Mr. Charlie Abro, National Director of Mass Media. This strategy is focused on the implementation of FaithSearch in all twenty-eight states of India and other surrounding countries.

This will be accomplished by translation of FaithSearch into eight Indian languages (Hindi and Tamil are completed) and by having about sixty of their staff trained and assigned to teach FaithSearch as their ministry. Fifteen began their training in February 2004 (see photos, below), which will continue this August. This is an historic step for FaithSearch and for India Campus Crusade.

The inaugural class of fifteen Campus Crusade national staff gathered in Bangalore, India, in February 2004. They are the first of approximately sixty who will be trained by Dr. Bierle and Denny McKeever to use FaithSearch in their ministries, and to train others in its use.

Upon completion of two days of FaithSearch training, fifteen new Associates gathered with Don Bierle and Denny McKeever outside the Bangalor headquarters of India Campus Crusade for Christ.
